The AC spark plugs in the early days used a horse called sparky as their logo or mascot used in all their advertisement, there were signs at garages with sparky saying they cleaned your AC plugs ( remember in the old days people had their spark plugs removed and cleaned -not replaced with new ones in many cases). By sand blasting the ends in a AC cleaner. I have the cleaner and just blast my original 55 Corvette plugs now and then and they last many years! GM Chevy used AC parts and these are Sparky cuff links.

I love accessories 12V shaver and GM signs mascots pins anything pertaining to my 55 Corvette or year 1955 and GM supplier's . After all once your Corvette is done and you got all the awards and what ever , it's nice to collect these things to add in you garage so people seeing your Corvette see other interesting things of that year. It's like a treasure hunt FUN. But then I'm weird I guess!!

Here again are a few things by AC ,plug gage ,AC tag I have on my oil stick and trans stick , that mid year tie clip people pay big bucks collecting them vary rare given away by GM. I know most NCRS guys don't get into things like this and shake thier head when they see my 55 Corvette but many other Corvette people do! Again it's fun collecting and showing them to guys here because you never look for them. GM offered your C1 and C2's Corvettes shavers! that go today for 1K , but you'll never see that at NCRS unless I take my 55.

When I go to other Chevy shows those people go crazy over accessories and pay big bucks for accessories which in turn make their car more desirable to buyers like the FI and BB Corvettes do. Corvette people think parts cost a lot and the Corvette is a big $ thing, they should try Chevy parts or Ford or Cad or other cars .A lot of Corvette parts and Corvettes are cheap compared to other cars. I just love all makes of cars ,, that's why I'm not a fanatic about Corvettes.Sure I love Corvettes but there is another world out there!! This is supportively a hobby not a blood sport. I get more enjoyment being in car shows then I ever got going to only Corvette meet/
