Thx Jack....I don't know why my message didn't post, but I'll try again. Do you think I can do that with the body on the frame? I've had the new brackets for many years so I'm good to go....Thx again

You don't have to drill holes in your frame.

You can easily weld a stud or bolt to the frame for attaching the sidepipes. The bolt can be easily cut off and the welds ground down at the time you want to remove the sidepipes.

Cramped working area with body on frame, but I think you CAN do it if you take your time and go slowly....

i have not seen the pieces you meantioned to repair the front cut out and i have looked.
