1966 427 starter - need date coded unit

I just pulled out my perfect working starter out of my 66 L-36 hoping it was original. Not. It reads 1109062 7L11 7 Delco Remy. Not sure what GM car this came from but can someone point me in the right direction to find a nice -refurbished date coded Delco Remy #1107365 preceding my cars anniversary date of April 7th 1966. (Vin 18672).

I'm hoping there is a trusted NCRS person who is in this electric business. Any advice or tips is again surely appreciated....thanks.

Try John Pirkle, I'm sure he can fix you up. I bought a correct starter from him for my 67 BB, don't have a number handy but I'm sure somebody does.

The starter frame of your starter originally resided on a 1978 Buick with 350 cid engine.
