Problem with date in Hardtop window C2

Can someone please tell me what is the correct datecode for my hardtop rear window for my '65 Conv. building date Vette = Dec. Thursday 17 - 1964.
The Technical Information Manual (5th edition) says that GM made a change in numbers into letters in Okt/Nov. I ordered a dated window for my Vette with the date from Nov. 1964 so the code must be D and K according to the manual. Now i've got my window and the code is formed 11-64 (it says: plexiglas 11-64 AS4)instead of D and K.
I made a phonecall to the shop and he is 100% sure that the Code must be 11-64.
They make hardtopwindows for more then 20 years.
Can anyone look it up some were and tell me who is wright!!!!!
    What to do????????????
    Thanks
    Twan

Re: Problem with date in Hardtop window C2

    Twan,
I will provide information from my original Mar 3-4, '65 convertible.

The hardtop rear window in marked as shown:

    PLEXIGLAS A
    ACRYLIC
    AS4
    E

This info. matches the TIM & JG. My date code would be interpreted as January 1965.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Gene
