Would Delco shocks 530-315 and 53-4 be physically and visually the closest to the originals that are available?

The Delco service replacement shocks are available and I believe are close to the original design. Most of the Corvette parts houses carry them.

The second number is 530-4, not 53-4.

As corrected, these are the current Delco shocks for 63-82 Corvettes. They are as close to the originals in configuration as you're going to get in a current-production shock, but they are not going to fool many judges.
