Did the factory blackout paint typically cover the 5 large, flat-head rivets that attach the body mount reinforcements to the firewall?

Probably varied a lot, depending on how far down the sprayer felt like leaning that day with the gun in his hand and where he stuck the cardboard shield for the gills.
