    C2 BB front springs.

i returned my 1966 L72 car back to a BB. when i put her on the ground today the front was too low for my taste. they have the right tags (they can be bought) and i believe them to be original(59K on car). i am considering A/C BB springs. it has a fiberglass rear spring and rear sits nice. i like my front equal if not a hair higher than rear for the classic look. i also live on a Vermont dirt road i do not want to cringe every time i hit a rut or pot hole. opinions would be apreciated.

    Bill,

I can recommend you don't buy BB springs from LIC...I bought a set of "exact blue print" springs from them and the front end of my '67 BB sat as you describe yours.

i have so far been very happy with Paragon. the look i want is probably not correct but i had my car on ramps during the engine restore and with the rear of engine supported, while the trans was rebuilt, had about 1 in showing ubove the tire top and really liked the look.

I put a set of Muskegan Brake front springs on my 65 BB car. If I remember they were small block with air 550 lbs and cut cut 1 1/2 short. I am very happy with them and they give the car low front stance.
