68 L71 tank sticker

I know this isn't the best pic but what do you think about this sticker? Does it look original or could it be a repop? The hand writen number in the top R/H corner is "128" the VIN is 13140....close but is it close enough?

The DATE RECEIVED is 02/0?/68
The EXP DATE OF PROD is 0?/0?/68

If anyone needs a better pic I can forward on to you much better full size one.

I also have much a much better full size one of the engine pad that I posted a week ago if anyone wants to take a better look at it for me.

Based on the dates you posted and the VIN#, the sticker falls in the time frame and could be original.
The penciled date is a bit far off but things happen......
I can only assume that the tank is original to the car.......
The sticker condition also looks like it is original... especially with most of it missing. If someone wanted to "forge" this sticker, (make it look original) why would they remove most of the equipment listing data?
Just my opinion......

at a quick glance, I would say it is an origianl Tank Sheet.

I agree with Steve, if it were a repop, it would be almost all there.

You guys brought up a good point... If it was a fake tank sticker I too would think that some of the more important info like L71 would be more obvious.
