I'm looking for a private detective agency or other service to help in a documentation search of a 63. I have history back to 70 and a the last owner name Jerry Marshall around Alamogordo NM.

Just Google for private detectives in the geographic area you need to cover - call a few and interview them on the phone as to how they would approach your problem. I used one in California years ago to track down an original block with good results.

I am intrigued by this re my 1967. I can only go back to 1986. What is a typical cost?

I paid $340 and it was well worth it for me. Each case is based on the amount of time and effort spent. You can call the chase off anytime you want if you feel you are not getting the leads to solving your mystery.
