    side pipe trim screws

    what finish are the scews that secure the trim strip above the side pipe cover. black seems right but i saw a car that had chrome finish

          Bill...I Just joined the NCRS a few weeks back and also ordered the 1967 Tech Manual and Judging Guide. I've got Noland Adams' Resto Guide Vol 2 and some other references and thought I had a pretty good library. Steve's right, The Judging Guide is a whole new level of detail...down to the type and material of attaching screws along with any special identifying marks...pretty incredible stuff. That book and havng access to this Board and the knowledgable people that seem to always be here to help, is the best! Good Luck. Pete.
