    I am looking for a correct alternator for an '87 mfg b4 day 120 of '87

          sorry....1101127 the one I have seen do not have a clear part number etched into them or they have been detailed off.

              As best I can find they were a Corvette-only piece, so your best bet would be a Corvette Boneyard, I've used Wayne Auto parts in Dover Ohio and a place I believe it was Bristol Corvette in Pennsylvania (they have a website) with some success for original parts.
