How does 905 FI distributor get advance?

I know my way around 61-62 distributors, especially 62 340 and 360 centrifugal advance distributors. However, I'm trying to get this 57 FI car to run well, and I'm getting no centrifugal advance, and I don't see any weights and springs above the plate with the points. What am I missing (other than having a few screws loose, and they're not on the distributor, unfortunately)
    Thanks in advance

Mike, as far as I know the 905 should have weights, springs, etc. like normal. Gary....

      Mike,

Some of those old distributors have the weights and springs below the breaker plate.

Mike, if it uses the "short" cap, without the adjusting window in the front, them the weights are below the plate, remove the plate via the three small slotted head screws thru the housing and lift it out. (May have to remove the clips also) Possible the cam is stuck on the shaft due to ancient lube becoming more glue than lube. Not nearly as easy?fun to set up as the later style.

          Mike,
The springs and weights are below the plate, the same set up as the 891 dual point distributors. Rich
