I'm not sure how many, but one of the pit garages was completely full with a handful of cars sitting outside.

believe there were 76 cars for Flight judging and 31 for PV! several were there for Bowtie and Duntov display and signoffs; American Heirtage Display, etc.

Rick, The Charlotte regional appears to be about the same size as the one at Marlborough last September. These regional events sure are growing. Thanks for the numbers as I needed them for ideas on how big our regional at Seven Springs is going to be for next June of 2008. John
How many cars were there in CC's class? At Marlborough there were 16.

not positive since I was there having my 1963 judged - got Top Flight for the LADY and drove her on the track - what a RUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there were four or five cars in 1963/4 there for PV - none passed!

Charlotte Regional Report!!!

John, we had at room for at least one more registration!! Wished you had been here. We had a wonderful group of cars and people. We raised over $25,000, maybe $30,000 for charity. The participants were wonderful and spoke with their pocket books. The silent auction brought in over $2,400, the live auction brought in over $4,000, the 50-50 raffle added $400 to the chairities, the Geoff Bodine ride raised $5,000, again for charity. What a wonderful group of people. Makes you proud to be a NCRS member.!

All four Pgh Tri State Chapter flight judged entries received Top Flight.

Paul Angell - 82 Collectors
Jim Oliverio - 55 Convertible
Roger Zrimsek - 91 Convertible
Dave Kitch - 66 Convertible

We had about 12 members attend the Regional.

Correction--

Pittsburgh Tri State Chapter had 5 Top Flights at the Lowes Regional. I forgot to include Merle Campbell in his 72.

Dave, Congratulations to you and the others in our chapter for receiving 5 out of 5 top flights. I would not have expected any less. Good job. John
