I know, why bother....They have apparently got some sort of system problem that they refuse to acknowledge; ie, I go to post and they do not accept was has been my ONLY password; I then receive the message - AT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT IS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE EVER HAD - to submit my e-mail address and they will provide an apparently temporary password so that I can have access and
arrange for a change in my password so that I can get back to "Square 1"
(where I once was).
I activate this request - remember that this is a message received by me under the ONLY E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH THEM" - and the response is
"The address that you have used to request a new password
is not valid. Please request a new address be sent to you by using
this form.".
THEY HAVE JUST CONTACTED ME USING THIS ADDRESS THAT SUDDENLY BECOMES "INVALID"!!!!!!!
Is this "God's way" of saying "Quit trying to answer questions posed
by someone who has not yet purchased an owner's manual?".
Unbelievable.
