front spring and rear leaf Question

Hello,
I have a '72 BB.

I have come accross from fron springs with the letters AJ on the green label. What year do they belong to?

What year did the rear leaf spring configuration change? Again, looking around the 1972 model. Did something like...'73-75 have a different set up?

On the green label, there should be a part number in smaller characters below the large font broadcast code...give us that part number, and we can probably look it up. I suspect it's not a Corvette spring...all the spring codes I could find are E* for C2s, and H* for C3s.

The steel rear spring configuration (width) changed in 1978, as I recall.

Coil springs with an "AJ" code were GM #346940. These springs were used on some 1975-80 Corvettes, depending upon installed options/unsprung weight.
