    Fuel line installation

Hello, Is there any other way to install the fuel line from tank to pump on a
1966 427 conv. other than lifting the body from the frame? I have corrosion
under the battery box caused by battery acid and would like to replace the line
instead of repairing the section. Thank you in advance for any and all advice.

    Re: Fuel line installation

Check the archives... This has come up before with some saying 'yes' it can be done IF you're VERY clever on routing the line. Most say you really need to un-bolt the body from the frame and lift it 'just enough' (not a FULL body pull) to gain working room.

      And remember

to use a fish tape pulled through the frame with the old line so you can pull the new one back through.
