The cluster frame has 2 cut-outs on the bottom of the left hand side. The one on the far left is for the headlight motor switch. What is the other on for?
You're looking at Revision cluster #2; the second slot is for moving the headlight rotator inboard when A/C is part of the car. The one slot clusters should only be found on like the first 11,000 or so cars.
Please do NOT ask "Why doesn't the Judging Manual say that?"; in response I could only refer you to my letter of 1993, written to respond to errors in the Second Edition that have not been changed in 14 years. The Driveline is currently trumpeting that the "5th Edition" is in the works.....for
