    70 Turn Signal Levers

Hi everyone. The judging manual for my 1970 says that from "mid" 1970 to early 1971 the plastic ends on turn signal levers may be either of two styles: They may have grooves like early 1970s, or they may have no grooves and a grained pattern on the end.

My car has a May 19th build date, VIN 9753. I also know 1970 was a strike year, so does my car qualify as a "mid" 1970 so as to justify having the non-grooved levers?

Thanks for any help, Patrick Moresi #45881

I just asked the "boss" and she says the groved knob. We agree that the manual is confusing in the description and we will make a note to clarify the description and application

Dick - I assume you mean I should have the grooved knobs? I know my original question was a bit contorted. Thank you - and the "boss."
