Hi again. Reading my service manual it is writen that thease bolts be torqued down at 30 foot lbs. Is this right it dose not seem to be enough.

Don't second guess the factory on torque values---use the ones they specify and you'll be just fine. However, you do want to be sure that your torque wrench is accurate. If you are using a beam-type torque wrench with a 0-150 lb/ft range, you will be at the lower end of the range for these manifold bolts. Towards either end of the range, a beam type torque wrench is less accurate.
Also, for your application, only the INSIDE bolts are torqued to 30 lb/feet, the OUTER (i.e. end runner) bolts are torqued to only 20 lb/ft. So, if you think that 30 is too little, try 20. But, that's what they're supposed to be.
