I replaced the lower speedometer cable on my 80 last week. Its been several years since I have regularly driven the car and just completed installing a new cam, intake and carb. Everything is working fine with the new equipment including the crusie control, except for the locking torque converter.
I've checked the vacuum switch on the firewall and the vacuum lines to the transducer and all seem to be ok. I only have 2 wires connected on the transducer ( I think they're cruise and hold or something like that).
There is an additional electrical connector on the transducer that is not shown in any of my shop manuals. Is there another electrical connection to the transducer for the torque lockup. I worked on this years ago, and now can't remember. Any help would be appreciated.
