      Greg -

      I'm not a C3 guy, but I've never seen a gasket between an air cleaner lid and the housing (I'm mired in the 60's)

              Hi Greg, just go to the auto wreckers or junkyard and find a regular chevy V8 air cleaner and take the rubber seal out carefully with a knife or screwdriver. It is the same size as your chrome pie plate.
