I need a resourse to help track down aluminum rims

I know it's off topic, but I was given a set of aluminum rims without the centers.

I'm sure that they are dated and probably not in any of the current listings the way that specialty rim manufacturers are popping up these days.

I'm just curious if anyone knows of a hotshot outfit that has been around for a while that could possibly help me ****he out these rims identity.

One section on the back of the rim refered to "KH" am I hoping too much that this may mean Kelsey Hayes? Probably not but what the hey!

    Any possible avenues are appreciated,

    Chuck

    Chuck -

Post a photo or two so we can see what you've got.

Re: I would if I could John

But I would only be able to post pics to addresses off the board.

Give me a carb and I can rebuild it in fifteen minutes with my eyes closed and one arm behind my back, but don't ask me to post anything because then I morph into "Bubba Brain Burnt Bumble Fingers"

Chuck, it is easy. Save your photo in a NICE size on your computer (100 kb is good).

Go to http://tinypic.com and click the Browse button.

Find your photo and select it.

        Click the Upload Now button.

Copy the Direct Link for Layouts: link.

Paste this in the Optional Image URL: below. Be sure you only have ONE http:/ at the beginning. This is a common mistake.

Click Preview Message and be sure it looks like you want.

        Click Post Message if ok.

Looks like something off a 70-something Cougar (snicker)!

                        No, Seriously...

Looks like an older OEM wheel to me, but I don't recognize it as a GM product. It seems like early seventies XR7s had a wheel that looked something like that...chrome plated, lots of small square section spokes.

Besides...Hyundai wheels probably interchange with golf cart wheels.

Re: Now your thinking like ....ME

Probably piddling into the wind on this one. They're 15 X 85 rims, so I think that would rule out the Mazdas and definately the Hyundais

Gee, this might be better than one of Roy's trivia questions!
