Does any one know where I can buy the ncrs correct air filter, all the corvette parts places are out.

NCRS Correct is something of a misnomer, none I have seen are 100% accurate.

There were several different OE air filter elements used on the various C2 engines.

A212CW repro filter; who makes one?

Until fairly recently Paragon sold a repro A212CW air filter that got a deduct during judging, but it was the best repro out there in terms of minimal deducts. The company that made the filter that Paragon then resold went out of business recently and the tooling and molds for making the air filter were bought by a 3rd party. At this point in time that 3rd party is not producing the filters. My understanding is the party in question wants to sell or lease the molds/tooling for someone else to pick up the ball. Until that happens, we'll all have to setttle for either the GM service replacement or other aftermarket alternatives that don't judge as well as the old Paragon repro.

Keith, That's a very broad question. What year, etc. Anyhow try ebay. None of the catalogs have a NOS 100% correct filter. If they do I am sure it wouldn't be listed as a catalog item. Maybe call each company and ask them if they have one in the back room. To put an item in a catalog requires that it be available by the 1000's. At this late date in time those parts are rare and expensive. Corvette CArlisle would be a good place to look for sure. Good luck, John
