Al Knoch carpet for '69 coupe

I recently received my carpet set for my 1969 coupe from Al Knoch and noticed that it does not have the jute padding attached. I went to their site to see if I should have ordered a different carpet set or if I could order it separately and found neither option.
Did I order something wrong or do I have to order this from another vendor?

Carpet and underlying jute insulation are typically sold as separate items since who's to say you didn't carefully remove your original carpet and preserve the underlying pad? I don't know what PN Al sells his pad under, but the Paragon catalog's listing is #10937K @ $28.00 list.

I think they're about to find out what it means when I return my carpet set. I just had a chance to match up one of the pieces (the rear cargo area) up with my carefully removed original and they don't even come close to matching.
Why the heck is it so damn hard to get correct restoration supplies; at least the carpet, for these cars? I waited for more than two months for carpet from Romeo Engineering only to finally get the wrong color which, by the way, they swore was correct. Now I get carpet they may be the right color but, the cut of the carpet is off and no jute backing (my fault for assuming that it would have come with the carpet).
Does anyone know of a company who can supply me with correct carpet for my 1969 Corvette coupe?

I don't know if you can buy directly from ACC in Alabama or not. They have been in bussiness a long time and did and maybe still do a lot of oem carpet. If you cannot buy from them you can get it through Ecklers.. I have bought a couple sets from them, and I am happy with it.By the way Ecklers will stand by anything they sell!!!Tom

I got a full carpet set fpr my '68 from Wilcox, it's a good fit. They drop ship direct from ACC for much less than the normal suppliers. I posted the address of their E-Bay store below. I purchased mine via phone, very courteous & professional.
