If you just want to install the rotors, then you need to drill out the original rotor-attaching rivets to remove the existing rotors. Then, you install the new rotors, install the wheel lug nuts torqued to spec, and check runout. If it's ok, you're done, except for re-installing the wheels and lug nuts. The wheel and lug nuts will retain the rotors; the original rivets are not necessary.
If you want to retain complete, original configuration, then you'll need to send the hubs and new rotors off to someplace like Bair's in Linesville, PA. They can install the new rotors you have, insure proper runout, and re-rivet the new rotors to the hubs. There's really no practical way to do the re-riveting yourself. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
