Mike, last picture didn't post. The black channel slips into the stainless header bar and there's dumb dumb caul between them. Not sure I understand your question? Gary....

Gary, just received great news from Mike Ernst.......and it is that the steel frame ONLY gets one side tucked into the stainless moulding.

Here is another picture that should help explain it.

Sorry, I'm confused, if you're talking about the stainless windshield header in the windshield center. If so, the curved channel fits inside the 2 inch top header stainless steel trim and the ends slip over and screw into it.
