Hi Mike:

The link did not seem to take me to a photo.

By the way, there are two methods available for posting a photo. Both methods require that you first upload the photo to a hosting site such as Photobucket.com. Once that has been accomplished you can post the photo using either of the following options:

1) Paste the image's web address (URL) into the "Optional Link URL" window in the posting form. This will create a link similar to what you have in your test posting. Readers have to click on the link to see the photo.

2) Paste the URL into the "Optional Image URL" window in the posting form. This will automatically display the photo when someone reads your posting.

As a reader, I prefer the convenience of Method 2 if only a single photo is being posted. As a poster I also like Method 2 because when I click "Preview Message" to preview my posting, the appended photo is displayed as well. So, if the link doesn't work or if I linked to the wrong photo, I get to see that it isn't right before I post my message to the board.

All I saw was a small black rectangle with the word PICTIGER in it; no picture of anything.
