Kelly and Jack-----
Yes, the GM switch for 68-76 applications was discontinued several years ago. However, there are aftermarket switches and also reproduction switches that are made from the original tooling. I think that most of the Corvette suppliers will have them.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: C-3 Headlight switch
I went online at some of the larger part store chains and looked up the headlight switch for a 70 corvette and they must not be the correct ones, because they just wanted like 15 bucks for one. That switch has vacuum ports on it right?- Top

$15 does sound suspiciously like it's not the one you're looking for. Yes, the switch does have vacuum ports on it. It was last known as GM #1995191. You can cross-reference from that number. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

I have a NOS switch in a pull string box that looks right but is #1995174. What is this from? Camaro maybe?

Thanks for the fast response. It was sold to me as a Corvette/Chevrolet part. I didn't have my parts book with me at this swap meet and I relied on the seller. Go figure.
