C2 Ground Strap pn 2972627 for 1967

For a car with radio and without side exhaust, does the subject part number apply to any or all of the ground strap locations?

Paragon offers a kit with six straps, for 67 without sidepipes. I have not yet asked them if they are all the same.

For example, is the one for the engine mount the same length as the antenna strap?

The straps vary in length, materials, and construction. The ground straps are all woven except the antenna shield which is flat. End pieces vary depending on location.
Purchase a "kit" and you should have them all. Possibly the antenna strap is a separate item.
The part number you reference sounds like a GM number.....for one location

GM #2972627 is a ground strap that has SERVICE applications for radio ground straps for 1963-69 Corvettes. I can't find any information that indicates that this part was ever used in PRODUCTION, though. However, it did replace in November, 1975 GM #2981858, one of the straps used in PRODUCTION and once available in SERVICE for 63-69 Corvettes. It was discontinued in December, 1980 and replaced by GM #6287160. The latter is now discontinued, too.
