    C1 Knock-Knock

59 283 stock engine, it seems like everytime I start the car I hear a knocking noise only lasts a few seconds until the oil gets up there, is this a piston slap problem,or something else, does not use or burn oil.

It's probably due to a lifter bleeding down.

Cold piston slap is usually noticeable when you first drive off and is load senstive, but should go away as the engine warms up.

One piston on my Cosworth Vega slaps when cold. Fortunately when I leave the house most of the first mile is downhill, and I have learned how to manage engine load to minimize the slap. It's gone within a few minutes of engine operation after a cold start.

What brand/model/weight engine oil are you using?

      Could be excessive bearing clearance.
