Help keep my aging brain straight please. In my 62 the driven gear is off about 10% and obviously has the wrong number of teeth. Speedo reads slower than the car is actually moving judged by a correct speedometer in the car ahead of me. In order to raise the speed on the speedometer to match that of the car, I need to decrease the number of teeth on the driven nylon gear, correct?
