C1 paint 1961 2 tone

I'm getting close to painting my '61. Roman Red with White coves. What should the door jambs look like with regard to the red/white transition? Overspray? taped line? Thanks in advance.

Richard,

You will, of course, tape off the line between the cove and the rest of the body and this boundary is not seen because the trim is over it. That's all the factory did and all you need to do. You will be surprised how little white overspray will go through the crack at the edge of the doors into the jambs, but this little bit is correct.

Also I believe that the white extends to the top center of the front wheel well opening. It does not go all the way around to the front bumper area.
