Ok, 3/4 of the way home. Started with gluing the ends, tug and adjust to find center. Then, I worked my way to each end, gluing and clamping as I go. Patience is a virtue, use a timer to make sure contact cement is cured and ready to glue. A heat gun on low (650 degrees) really makes the vinyl take shape on the compound curves, heat, stretch and clamp until you have the shape. Let it cool and glue it up.
Best "find" of the project: wooden clothes pins, use the opposite end as a wedge to hold the vinyl in the narrow channel of the "eye brows" works super!
Saved shipping to Texas and learned a new skill! It really is coming out nicely... Back to work...
