A question about a 1966 on ebay

I know this car isn't being advertised as an NCRS type of car. But what do you think about the color of the fiberglass floor pans? I heard stories of them being lighter almost "white" in color. I believe in '66 and '67 the resin for the fiberglass was tinted darker and should look more like a dark gray or black. It states in the auction that the bottom fiberglass area was cleaned and left natural. What's correct and does this car look correct?

They look correct to me

Ken,

Based on comparing with my July build date '66 the floor pans on the car in the auction look correct to me. They appear to be virtually identical to the floor pans on my car.

Very nice car, but the sidepipes will take a big hit on an A.O. Smith body.

I'm not concerned about the sidepipes. They can be removed and the car returned back to the factory standards in an afternoon. This is not an NCRS car, but has a lot of very nice NCRS detailing done to it. Thanks for all the information.
