I'm new to my '89 so I'm wondering if it's normal to hear a whiring sound from the back of the car when I first start it up in the morning, back up, then step on the brake? If I had to guess it seems tied in to the braking which is why I'm guessing some sort of electronic self-adjusters. Not even sure if the car has self-adjusters of any sort. Is something else "setting" itself for operation back there?
