I have been told that 1963 corvette front turn lights are diffrent and that you can tell by looking at the backside....any help...Thanks in advance John

Two things to look for on some, but I do not believe all
1. rubber boot extends over large socket area - it appears that the black boot covers from one end to other completely
2. the screws which hold the lens stick out the back, later these were sealed.
You may also find the lens color is a little less yellow than NOS and the gasket may also be white. However these last two items are still questionable in my mind.
You may also find some with the full boot (going over socket) which have the screw end sealed - seen this setup on a mid 64. -

The set you just sold on eBay had one 63 and one of something else.
