What's stamped on the outside of the rim, on both sides of the valve stem hole?
The stamps on the inside denote the wheel size, rim width, and drop-section configuration, all of which are correct for a '69 Corvette rally wheel. The K-1-8 says it's a Kelsey-Hayes wheel, made at the Romulus, Michigan plant, during calendar year 1968. The "H" and "29" usually means August 29th. The large "3" is an inspection stamp of some sort.
Look close at the area around the valve stem. You should have a K-1 8 (68) then the month (1 or 2 numbers) then valve stem, then the day (1 or 2 numbers) then AZ. They could be faint or filled with paint if rims ever repainted.
