C2 Lean

What would cause a C2 to lean 1/2" to an 1" on the drivers side rear lower than the passenger side when viewing the car from the rear. The front view does not have the visble lean, 1/2 tank fuel, level ground, no passengers seated, frame off restoration, original rebuilt spring and complete nut and bolt rear end rebuild. Steel transverse spring is flat under weight of car, not bowed up or bowed down. new Delco shocks, rebuilt trailing arms, new bushings, good door gaps, repro matching tires.

Follow up question, what is the fix?

Make sure the front springs are up into the tower correctly. If one is not, it will cause this.

Haven't looked yet, maybe obvious, but what should I be looking for?
Does the top end of the spring rest in a pocket or something?

The end of the top coil should be 3/8" from the stop in the top of the frame pocket.
