The Baffle which covers the radio and directs some heat along the Trim Plate Asm towards the shifter is called pn 3850047 (drivers side, however mine is marked as 19162 just above the back hole. It appears part of the mold, so what's the real story here?

even though they (with U69 option, anyway) have the holes for mounting the P.Ant. switch (unlike '64s). So I assume that it was the basic mould # for the outer panel, irrespective of the part # of the assembly.
