Who Restores 8 Tracks?

1978 C3 Silver Anniversary. Originally came with an AM/FM 8 track tape player. I havew toe correct part number unit but it needs to be restored. Several people advertise doing 1975 and earlier Delco radios but I can't seem to find anyone who does a good job on these old 8 tracks. Any suggestions?

I've got a 78 with 8 track and had contacted this firm. Got right back to me with estimate and turn around time. I was impressed so once I pull it, I'll use them.

When you guys figure this out I am looking for someone to take an 8 track tape and recored it in some format that we can now play. I have an 8 track recording for the 65 introduction and would like to hear what is on it. Thanks

maybe someone with an old reel to reel,(viet nam era teac), can do this,or were those units 4 track---goog luck,phil

I just found this gentleman through ebay. Please note I HAVE NOT tried him yet.

Additional parts and labor are charged on an as needed basis. I will email you with an estimate if the player needs more than the standard tune-up. I can also fabricate harnesses if needed.
