    Heater, Air, Temp Knobs

Can anyone tell me how to take the knobs off the cables so I can remove the center console bezel?? I thought they were just pushed on the cable. Thanks!

Aren't there set screws in the knobs?

If you're talking 58-62, the fan/defrost knob is the only one with the set screw, the other two are press-fit, and a bear to bet off without ruining things. I've found that you have to remove the large nut on the back side of the bezel and complete disconnect those two from the car and thread them though, back to front, to remove them to remove the bezel.

I do not know what year you are working on. But the early c-3' s have small set screws. Tom
