    Paul -

Can't explain the "LR" ratio code, but the "349" is the Julian day of the year (around mid-December), the "E" is an Eaton posi unit, and the "1" is first shift at Warren.

Check the 3871375 number is that the rear cover. The main carrier should be 3899143-N for a 67 and 3899143 for a 71 75. The reason I say 71 to 75 is that's when the LR cose was used.

Paul, if the cast date is on the rear cover, then you have a 67 cover on a 71 to 75 carrier. Just a guess but this is what probably happened.

Look at the date on the carrier and that will help you determine if it's a 71, 72, 73,.......
