    1967 bellhousing finish

    I'm getting ready to complete the installation of my new clutch assembly and re-install the bellhousing. The technical information and judging guide I ordered has not yet arrived and I need to know the correct finish for the bellhousing. Is it supposed to be a natural aluminum finish, completely chevrolet orange or natural finish with orange overspray where it bolts to the back of the block? Assistance from the members is greatly appreciated, as always. Thanks.

          It was painted while bolter to the engine, by an houlry worker with no interest in details. Coverage has been seen to vary from some to nearly full coverage. Remember the clutch fork and lower cover were also in place.

              Here is an example, this is a '65 BB but the process was the same.
