4.11 rear end speedo gear

how many teeth on the trans gear for a c3 with f70/15 tires is correct for a muncie? 22,23 or 24 ? I am having the new internal gear installed in the trans for the 4.11, and want to make sure i get the correct plastic gear

You didn't say what year C3. For transmissions, just saying C3 is not enough. Anyway, if it's a 1968-70 Muncie, you need a GM #6261795 DRIVE gear (discontinued, but equivalent available in aftermarket) with a GM #3860348 ORANGE 25 tooth DRIVEN gear.

If it's a 1971-74 Muncie, there is no gearset that will work by itself. You have to use an adapter.
