C4 alternator question

I am preparing my low mileage coupe for Flight judging in the fall, I found a correct alternator best date code i could find (within 6 months, 3 weeks prior)

The pully appears to be polished or chrome i know that not correct, what should it be? yellow cad?

Also it nees to be rebuilt, any Arizona - west coast leads or recomendations?

Fan and Pulley are black, the grooved area where the belt runs is bare metal
