Yes, it's a real-deal L78 car (red/red and white interior). With the work ahead of me, sometimes I think the light at the end of the tunnel is a train coming at me.

Jim, for what it's worth my 69 had orange marks on one spindle but teal on the other one...

For matching up paint daubs I used the local hobby store and 9 times out of 10 they had a match for me.

Thanks Greg....seems like everywhere I go you were there a head of me... Nice to know that the General used the teal on more than just my 65... At some point I am going to get to that water pump rebuild. I bought an inexpensive shop press but had press plate issues when attempting to press the pulley hub off the shaft. At any rate I my be after you again once I get deeper into that project.. regards
