If you are talking about Instrument Services, Inc, they are located in Roscoe, IL. I don't have their phone number handy, but they advertise in many Corvette Publications.

This is a great firm to do business with. They are the factory authorized Borg Clock service center and have many NOS and reproduction parts to service Corvette clocks, most or all of which were originally manufactured by Borg.
