Re: 63 (late) hubcaps
Andy Cannizzo does a super job on these. My friend got a set restored for his 63 and they are drop dead pretty. He's backed up big time though so be patient. Worth waiting for. andy3651@aol.com Corvette Carlisle K80-81. John- Top

Re: 63 (late) hubcaps
Jim, the spinner and the bars are chromed and the main dish is stainless steel.
The repair and re-chroming of the spinners and bars is expensive, possible more expensive than buying the repops as replacements. A good stainless restorer can remove the dents and polish the main dishes.
Saying that, you can do most of the work yourself and end up with an excellent restoration. As I recall you can get four spinners for about $115.00 and the 25 bars for $400.00.
Just suggesting an alternative.- Top
