these are not NCRS legal BUT are new replacement. NAPA part numbers 600-2479 right side and 600-2480 for the left. dorman part numbers,674-503 right side and 674-504 left.

Hey Clem...tried that number unsuccessfully at Napa on-line. Is that number correct and what does NAPA get for them?

I believe that these manifolds are made in China or India. As you mention, they are not going to fool many judges, but they do represent and economical and functional replacement for the now-discontinued GM 2-1/2" small block manifolds.

As it currently stands, the ONLY exhaust manifold available from GM for ANY 1953-82 Corvette is a SERVICE-only manifold applicable to right side 66-71 small blocks with AIR and both sides of 72-80 small blocks with AIR. This manifold won't fool many judges, either, and it GM lists for almost 300 bucks.

How do these GM service exhaust manifolds compare with the once Paragon sells, for instance 63 ?

Paragon offers reproduction manifolds which are very close to originals. The only manifold that GM currently offers for ANY 53-82 is a SERVICE-only piece which is not even applicable to any 1963 (although it could be used for some 1963 applications if one wanted to do so).

That confirms what I was leaning toward. I am in the best position to replace my old manifolds, since I have parts removed from the engine, and was planning to go up to Paragon tomorrow...
