1964 Tire Tub #'s ?

Hi all,

Referencing the Judging Guide I noticed it states that original 1964 tire tubs shouldn't have any numbers but I am curious what these numbers represent. Both the tub and cover have these numbers on them. Is it original or is it a repo?

I believe that the judging guide means to say no ink stamped dated codes. My original 1964 tire tub has the same manufacturer info embossed into it.

My understanding is the same as James. I too have numbers on top and bottom of original tub

Yes; 2 places (tub & lid) on late '65

The lid (facing ground, near apex of straps "MFG" and "19146", with a large number "1" nearby (mould # ?).

On the tub (inside, forward) MFG and 19154.
